How do I contact Support?
Inside the Platform
To contact Support from the Aiceberg interface, tap the Support icon in the main navigation.

This will open an email to support@aiceberg.ai in your default email application. Any email sent to that address will automatically open a support ticket in your name.
Knowledge Base
You can also access Support from right here in Aiceberg's Knowledge Base. Scroll up to the top of the page and you'll see two methods.
- tap the Contact Us button to send us an email from your device's default email application
- or tap Support Portal at the top left to enter the portal

Once inside the portal, you'll see your organization's support queue. All of your organization's open support tickets are visible to anyone inside your organization. At the top left, tap the link to File a Support Ticket.

The ticket gives you the option to select a support type and you can choose to submit a support request for something that looks broken, ask a how-to question, or submit a feature request.
